Industry lighting

Smart lighting systems are an effective tool for increasing efficiency and reducing cost and safety risks. Whether in production, warehouses or ancillary areas such as underground car parks - the Molto Luce product portfolio, combined with innovative control and sensor technology to create innovative overall concepts, can define a new generation of industrial lighting. With our all-round service, we also support you in the realisation of your projects - from design and implementation to ongoing support and monitoring.

Save energy - increase performance

Through direct communication between sensors and Dali2-Data luminaires, we realise intelligent lighting systems that can achieve energy savings of up to 91% and a significant reduction in CO2. Digital control systems support a zoned concept and automatic regulation of lighting levels as well as an immediate response of the system to changing conditions. The sensors also provide valuable data that can be analysed and visualised.

Optimised lighting pays off

Increase efficiency

Thanks to precise calculations before and after the implementation of your new industrial lighting solution, you can always keep an eye on the significant increase in efficiency of up to 91 %.

Reduce costs

With our customised industrial lighting, you can reduce ongoing operating costs sustainably and effectively. Using sensor technology, only the required areas are illuminated, thereby reducing costs through energy savings.

Increase security

Poor or inadequate lighting harbours risks. Our lighting solutions minimise risks and create a safe working environment.

Experience simplicity

Commissioning and operating the control units and in particular the stand-alone control unit is easier than ever - intuitive and user-friendly.

Sensory

Sensors are the basis for intelligent and efficient lighting management. Depending on the area of application, they detect movement and presence, measure natural light and help to control lighting efficiently and save energy. They therefore ensure optimum brightness with minimum energy consumption.

The sensors are commissioned using an app and can be conveniently set up via Bluetooth on a tablet or smartphone. The configuration of the emergency lighting system is based on wireless communication and can be carried out just as easily from the ground.

Advantages of sensor technology

  • Cost savings: The targeted use of light only when required and adaptation to the ambient brightness significantly reduces energy costs.
  • Increased service life of the lighting: Fewer operating hours mean a longer service life for the light sources and therefore lower maintenance and replacement costs.
  • Improved working conditions: Uniform and needs-based lighting improves visibility and contributes to safety and productivity.
  • Environmentally friendly: Reduced energy consumption leads to lower CO2 emissions and therefore supports the company's sustainability goals

Control & Monitoring

The right lighting and modern lighting management in industry must first and foremost be economical and functional and be able to adapt optimally to the diverse areas of application and their different requirements. Molto Luce offers intelligent control solutions for industrial lighting that enable lighting management to be used efficiently and purposefully. Our industrial luminaires are equipped with innovative control systems that are available in two versions: Centralised control or stand-alone control.

Intelligent control and monitoring of the lighting enables energy consumption to be significantly reduced and continuously optimised.

Centralised control

  • Components are connected to the control unit
  • Dali-2 system
  • Several virtual cross-line groups
  • Simple operation

Stand-alone control

  • Low investment
  • Up to 50% cheaper than a centralised control system
  • Independent control system
  • Does not require a connection to a central network
  • Straightforward setting and operation
