Standard Shipping

We accept orders from all over the world. Available product lines, shipping rates, and fees depend on the destination country and the weight of the order. When you shop at Molto Luce in the online store, we use your billing address logged into your account to determine your location.

The delivery terms stored for the customer apply.

All Molto Luce standard shipping rates and policies apply to these items when shipped domestically, including free shipping for qualified orders. International shipping may not be available for all items. Due to their nature and the complexity involved, we are unable to ship some items for free. Please see the product page for shipping information.

In some cases, your items may take up to two additional days to deliver. This will be indicated on the item's product page and in the order summary as the estimated delivery date.

Duties, Fees, and Taxes

Customs may open and inspect packages. This is beyond our control. 

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches their country. Additional customs clearance costs are the responsibility of the recipient. Molto Luce has no control over these costs and cannot provide any information on their amount. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Note: Customs authorities in some countries require the importer of goods to provide special identification before a shipment is cleared. As the importer of the goods, you or the recipient of the shipment may be required to provide an identification number, such as a national identification number, CPF number, or tax ID number.

International Shipping - Important Information

Your packages may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in the country to which the order is being shipped. These costs must be borne by the recipient.

Possible Deviations from Country-Specific Standards

For products shipped internationally, manufacturer warranties may not be valid, manufacturer service options may not be available, and product manuals, instructions, and safety warnings may not be available in the language of the destination country.

The products (and accompanying materials) may not conform to the country-specific standards, specifications, and labeling requirements of the destination country. The products may not conform to the electrical voltage and other electrical standards of the destination country (and therefore require the use of an adapter or converter, if applicable). You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into the destination country. When ordering from Molto Luce, the recipient is the importer, who must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Your privacy is important to us, and we understand that how information about your order is used and with whom it is shared is important to you. We want our international customers and customers who ship products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to customs inspection and inspection.

We may provide certain order, shipping, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers. This information may be transmitted by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
